Peter is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of all basic firearms, designated marksman and legal lesson plans for the US Department of Energy, NNSA, OST's federal agent force.

Instructor for the OST Basic Instructor Program.

He is also responsible for the management and completion of all special projects assigned to him.

The maintenance of a Q level clearance is required as a condition of his employment.

2012-2019

Peter was responsible for assisting in the training of US Department of Energy, NNSA, OST's federal agent force.

This included conducting training in law enforcement tactics, legal considerations and firearms.

A heavy emphasis was placed on authentic training environments and "reality based" training scenarios.

The the ability to maintain a Q level clearance  was required as a condition of his employment.

1993-2013

Police Sergeant

Albuquerque Police Department

Albuquerque, NM

Peter retired at the rank of Sergeant.

Over a twenty year career, his assignments included gang investigations, K-9 Handler, SWAT team member and Sergeant of Fatal Traffic Investigation Team.

He was responsible for designing, developing implementing and evaluating training for officers during a department wide training iterations.

Peter was responsible for managing many special projects ranging from traffic control for Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta to transportation coordination for POTUS visits.
